

• Work with clients to develop scope and documentation
• Assist with budget planning
• Prepare Engineering Cost Estimates (ECE’s)
• Constructability analysis
• Business development
• Provide constructability review of planned project
• Identify sub-contractors (prepare bid packages and secure vendor choices)
• Draft site logistics/analysis of construction access
• Conduct project meetings
• Create and maintain construction schedules
• Manage utility activity and resource planning
• Material management (pre and active construction coordination)
• Create and manage proposals and change orders for alterations in project layout
• Configure monthly pay-applications
• Assist with occupancy requirements, equipment startup, and systems operations
• Customer/client negotiations – contract value, change orders
• Communicate with architect/engineer over course of project
• Prepare punch lists (final walk-thru review)
• Prepare and coordinate close-out documents: operating manuals and warranties
